This booklet outlines the best ways to reach and turn out young voters, from phone banks to door knocks. Each tactic is evaluated through a randomized field experiment in order to determine how much that tactic increases a person’s likelihood to vote and for its cost-effectiveness.We also outline what does not work and is not worth a campaign’s time or money.

What is the minimum age of youngster who can take participate in voting, i did not download or read the above given link for booklet but i suppose that this question could not get the answer there and moreover i heard that there is a separate slot for minor voters, what is the minimum age of the minor one.
I thought it was an interesting read, a lot of useful tactics in there.
I have 2 young sons, so I read the booklet to make sure I am well prepared when they grow older. It is important that they understand the value of their civic rights and duties.
Well, I can’t speak for anyone else, but if you want to mobilize me, you’ll start with truth and honesty. Then you’ll do what you say.

Great book. The “Young Voter Strategies” program, run by the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University, has released a useful guide for mobilization tactics for getting young voters out to the polls. While short, it is full of research-tested strategies for the best ideas on how to get young voters out to the polls.
The young are more receptive audience if we manage to reach him. A good book, which reveals different tactics that work.

Awareness is very much to wake up the youngsters to list them up in voters so they know the norms and procedures of their life.
