Young Voters and the Web of Politics: Key Findings

Overall, our analysis of the 2002 youth engagement and electoral web spheres suggests that despite important advances, much of the web's potential for facilitating greater levels of youth political participation continues to remain unrealized. Whether the 2004 election season will bring significant changes to the patterns we identify remains to be seen.
